Aniva runs that chain for clinics, brands and platforms across Europe. Your name is on the kit, the dashboard and the report, while an accredited partner laboratory does the analysis.

An accredited partner laboratory runs the analysis. It holds ISO 15189 and works under RiliBAEK, the German quality guideline.
The result is returned twice

A mailed kit covers most of what a preventive programme sells. Micronutrient status, hormones and microbiome all work from a sample the customer collects alone. We ship kits with prepaid return postage, so anyone in the country can test in the week they buy.
The venous draw is what a mailed kit cannot do. Some assays need more serum than a finger-prick gives, and some customers will not prick a finger at all. With both routes on one contract, you never turn a customer away.
Diagnostics as a Service, your own laboratory, or direct laboratory contracts
There are three ways to put laboratory values inside a product. The difference is what you have to build, and who is responsible when something goes wrong.
If you already run high volume in your own laboratory, that is cheaper per test than any outsourced model, and a point-of-care test read in the room needs no logistics chain at all. Everywhere else, buying the chain is faster and cheaper than building it.

Ask which parameters the accreditation covers
ISO 15189 covers a defined scope. Ask whether the parameters on your own panel list are inside it.
Ask how deep the catalogue is against your two-year roadmap
One micronutrient panel needs perhaps thirty parameters. A clinic that wants sequencing in year two is buying a catalogue it cannot yet name.
Ask which collection methods are live today
Home kits and venous draws are two different products. Ask which ones exist now and which ones are described as coming.
Ask what your developers get on day one
Ask for the documentation, a sandbox, the webhook event list and the retry behaviour. Read them before the commercial call.
Ask how deep the white-labelling goes
White-label means something different at every provider. Ask which of the kit, the packaging, the dashboard, the PDF and the sub-domain take your name.
Ask where the data is processed and by whom
Ask for the processing agreement, the hosting location and the sub-processor list. Check that the answer matches the market you sell in.

How long does an integration take?
Four weeks from a signed contract to the first customer sample. That includes the white-label setup, the panel selection and the paperwork.
Which sample types are supported?
Six are live: the venous draw, the capillary kit, the at-home kit, saliva, urine and stool. The parameter decides which one a panel can use.
Do we need our own developers?
Your team can work entirely in the partner console without writing code, and the API is there for partners who want testing inside their own product.
Who carries the regulatory responsibility?
The laboratory is responsible for the analysis under its own accreditation, and Aniva for the platform. The split is written into the contract before you sign.
