What Aniva is

Aniva is a yearly membership for preventive blood testing in Germany, and the price is 199 euro a year.
You book one appointment at a partner location, your blood is drawn once, and a laboratory measures over 100 markers from that single sample.
A marker is one measured value in your blood, such as your stored iron or your thyroid hormone.
Your results are usually ready in the app within 10 days of the draw, and they are written in plain language rather than laboratory shorthand.
You also get a personalized action plan, which is a short written list of the steps worth taking next, and a personal health concierge who answers your questions through the year.
How the number is built

What biological age means here

Biological age is a single number calculated from the pattern across your blood results, rather than from any one value.

Inflammation markers such as hs-CRP are part of the calculation, because low-level inflammation is linked to faster ageing.

Metabolic markers such as glucose, HbA1c and insulin are part of it, because blood sugar control changes with age.

The doctor price is a typical private invoice for a comparable basic panel in Germany, and the premium clinic range is taken from published 2025 list prices. A second Core panel in the same year costs 239,20 euro with the member discount. If you are privately insured we issue an invoice after purchase that you can submit to your insurer, though whether your tariff reimburses it depends on your own contract.
